Zorins Technologies India is committed to delivering enterprise-grade IT products and services to businesses across Hyderabad and India. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This policy applies to all hardware and IT products sold through our India shop including networking equipment, servers, storage solutions, cybersecurity appliances, and IT accessories. Professional services are non-refundable unless covered by a written service agreement.

Refund Process and Timeline
Submit Return Request
Email info@zorinstechnologies.in with your order number, product serial number, GST invoice copy, and reason for return.
Review and Approval (2 Working Days)
Our team will review and notify you within 2 working days. Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Return the Product
Ship the product in original packaging to our Hyderabad office or use our arranged pickup. RAN must be clearly marked on the package.
Inspection (3-5 Working Days)
Our technical team will inspect and verify the product. You will be notified of the outcome within 3 to 5 working days.
Refund Issued (5-7 Working Days)
Approved refunds processed within 5 to 7 working days. Bank transfers may take 2 to 3 additional working days.
Refund Methods
UPI / Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
Refunded to your UPI ID or Indian bank account via NEFT or RTGS within 5 to 7 working days
Credit or Debit Card
Refunded to the original card used within 5 to 7 working days
Store Credit
Valid for 12 months, redeemable on any future India purchase
Product Replacement
Replace defective item with same or equivalent product subject to stock
