Return and Refund Policy

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules. Zorins Technologies India is fully compliant with all applicable consumer rights legislation and e-commerce regulations of India.

Zorins Technologies India is committed to delivering enterprise-grade IT products and services to businesses across Hyderabad and India. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

This policy applies to all hardware and IT products sold through our India shop including networking equipment, servers, storage solutions, cybersecurity appliances, and IT accessories. Professional services are non-refundable unless covered by a written service agreement.

Eligible Return Conditions

Return request submitted within the applicable window above
Product in original unused condition with all original packaging intact
All accessories, manuals, cables, and included components are present
Original GST invoice or purchase receipt provided
Serial number matches original purchase record
Product has not been installed, configured, or physically modified

Non-Returnable Items

Products with broken, removed, or tampered warranty seals
Software licenses and digital products once activated or downloaded
Customized or special-order products built to specification
Products damaged by the customer due to misuse or improper handling
IT services, AMC, and consultation fees once rendered
Returns without valid GST invoice or proof of purchase

Refund Process and Timeline

Submit Return Request

Email info@zorinstechnologies.in with your order number, product serial number, GST invoice copy, and reason for return.

Review and Approval (2 Working Days)

Our team will review and notify you within 2 working days. Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return the Product

Ship the product in original packaging to our Hyderabad office or use our arranged pickup. RAN must be clearly marked on the package.

Inspection (3-5 Working Days)

Our technical team will inspect and verify the product. You will be notified of the outcome within 3 to 5 working days.

Refund Issued (5-7 Working Days)

Approved refunds processed within 5 to 7 working days. Bank transfers may take 2 to 3 additional working days.

Refund Methods

UPI / Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)

Refunded to your UPI ID or Indian bank account via NEFT or RTGS within 5 to 7 working days

Credit or Debit Card

Refunded to the original card used within 5 to 7 working days

Store Credit

Valid for 12 months, redeemable on any future India purchase

Product Replacement

Replace defective item with same or equivalent product subject to stock

Your Rights under Consumer Protection Act, 2019

As a consumer in India, you are protected by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020, which entitle you to:

Receive goods that are of merchantable quality matching description
Receive full GST invoice for every transaction
Fair, transparent pricing with all charges disclosed before purchase
File a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Use the National Consumer Helpline for dispute resolution

GST Note: All prices on zorinstechnologies.in are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations. A valid GST invoice is issued for all transactions. Please retain your GST invoice as it is mandatory for all return and warranty claims.
